Blueberry tart

Ok I have to admit this. I L.O.V.E making tarts. It’s easy, it looks good and it taste great too!
 So today since I have some blueberries left in the fridge, I decide to do blueberry tart…
Ta-dah!

Top it up with vanilla ice-cream… Perfection!

Today I did puff. I’ve always wanted to try the puff recipe in my late grandma’s cooking book, but I was so lazy busy that I just simply put off the idea. But today I’ve finally tried it and not bad…. it’s quite ok I guess.
