Today I did puff. I’ve always wanted to try the puff recipe in my late grandma’s cooking book, but I was so lazy busy that I just simply put off the idea. But today I’ve finally tried it and not bad…. it’s quite ok I guess.
This is the choco puff… I think this one is quite good. Hey anything with chocolate is always good right?
Next I did mango puff. Ya I know very weird… of all the fruits why mango. Well you see, my uncle has this habit of bringing back mangoes when he’s on a trip to India or when his workers returned from India, they would get him mangoes. So every month, you’ll see my refrigerator filled with the round Indian mangoes which sometimes can get quite benyek. So rather than wait for it to get all mushy, might as well, I used it in my baking. So here you are…

Well honestly I thought this one is so-so. I think because I’m used to Thailand mangoes coz of the sharper taste. Indian mangoes are tad too sweet for me. But ok la… not too bad.
So how people… how do you find the inaugral post. Hehe. Just wait for the other 2, Erna and Norman’s turn ok.
